Il ministro della Giustizia, Alfonso Bonafede, in un comunicato di circa due mesi fa, ha affermato che la Sezione Esecuzioni Penali
del Tribunale di Essen ( dopo anni di rinvii dovuti - pare - anche a difficoltà connesse alla traduzione in tedesco degli Atti Processuali ( sic! ), ha dichiarato AMMISSIBILE l'esecuzione della sentenza emessa dalla Corte di Assise di Appello di Torino il 29 Maggio 2015 nei confronti dei due dirigenti tedeschi della THYSSENKRUPP condannati per omicidio ( in un primo tempo volontario aggravato dall' omissione volontaria di presidi valsi a tutelare la sicurezza sul lavoro nella loro Ditta; in seguito trasformato in omicidio colposo ).
Ma ha altresì aggiunto che tale sentenza non diverrà ESECUTIVA in quanto i due imputati hanno impugnato la sentenza presso la Corte d' Appello di Hamm. Il che significa che non potranno essere arrestati prima della pronuncia del verdetto.
A quando la giustizia?
Fino al giorno in cui i colpevoli di gravi reati connessi alla Tutela del Lavoro ( reato che in questo caso ha portato alla morte in un orribile rogo di 7 operai ), non pagheranno di persona i propri errori ( sono state versate somme a titolo di " risarcimento " alle famiglie e al Comune di Torino, che si era costituito Parte Civile ),
ogni 1 Maggio sarà negato.
