Forse dovrei allungare l'orlo
della gonna
per non mostrare il rammendo
incerto delle labbra; o tingermi
le tempie di fumo, confondendomi
con pensieri rossi
di vergogna.
Oppure dovrei sciogliermi
i nodi della gola;
diventare pioggia acida
sui seni troppo grandi per riempire
il palmo della mano.
Di viola dovrei colorarmi le ciglia
spente
sulle iridi imperfette
e appiattirmi il ventre
per non sentire le aderenze
risucchiarmi dentro
questa vita minuta e storpia.
Per non strozzarmi con un filo
di perle.
Di dolore.
